Omar handled a massive renovation on my house and did an outstanding job. The project covered pretty much every corner of the home: master bathroom, guest bathroom, full kitchen remodel, electrical panel upgrade, 12 recessed lights, pendant lights, switches, outlets, interior painting with trims, outside stairs in the back garden, kitchen electrical (240 install, oven box), kids bathroom drain, interior railing..
Omar and his crew work fast. One thing that really made a difference was that they prioritized getting the electrical work and kitchen done *before we moved in*. Having those two done on time meant we could actually live in the house comfortably from day one without dealing with major disruptions.
When an issue came up or something needed a decision, Omar’s team flagged it, and it got handled the right way.
He also kept a detailed breakdown of everything, costs, advances, balances, what was done vs. what was agreed, so there were no surprises on the financial side.

Omar was the foreman on an extensive renovation at our condo in SF, which sustained a fire and was gutted to the studs. This was a huge renovation involving the removal of load bearing walls to open up our living space as well as the replacement of a custom solarium window that was destroyed in the fire with a shed roof and standard windows, and two complete bathroom renovations. Aside from being a friendly and super nice guy, Omar’s attention to detail, ability to listen and come up with solutions, leadership skills, punctuality and availability, and his general knowledge of all things construction, really make him stand out. We completed a major renovation to finish the previously unfinished first floor of our house. The project added about 800 sqft of living space, including a primary bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, a half bath, a large family room, and a brand new staircase connecting the two floors. The work also included relocating and upgrading the electrical panel, completing a foundation earthquake retrofit, adding skylights to an existing bathroom, finishing our 400 sqft garage, removing a load-bearing wall, and updating the HVAC system across both floors.
Omar was amazing from start to finish. He is kind, professional, and extremely skilled. You could immediately tell that he genuinely cares about the quality of the work and about making sure the client is satisfied with the result. After working with him throughout such a large and complex renovation, I can confidently say he is someone you want leading your project.
We were able to live in our house throughout the entire build, which was a huge plus for our family. The crew showed up every single day, always on time, and treated our home with a lot of respect and care. We always received appropriate notice before the power or water had to be shut off, and the job site was consistently kept safe and secure. This meant a lot to us, especially since our daughter turned 3 during the project.
This was our first time going through such a large renovation, and there were many decisions to make along the way. Omar always took the time to explain our options and walk us through the tradeoffs so we could make the right choices. At no point did we feel rushed.
